This course is designed to develop a deeper understanding of the legal system by focusing on the role of the court system and current legal issues such as (but not limited to) Crime and punishment, law enforcement, and rights of citizens. There is an added emphasis on researching, evaluation, and discussion Supreme Court Cases and their impact.
